You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our QA testing services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use our QA testing services for any fraud, illegal activity, or spam. Dainty Energy LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our QA testing services if we believe that you have violated these terms.

All intellectual property rights in our software QA testing platform and resources, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to Dainty Energy LLC. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dainty Energy LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our service or any breach of these terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
